Eight of us gathered last Thursday for the June CinDay Guild meeting.
We were glad to have Ellen and Wayne Patton with us again, as they take a break from their missionary work.
Tom Boomershine presented a different view of 'what is the Bible?' and how we can use that information to format a storytelling workshop or Bible study.
Cortney video taped Tom's talk so it will be posted on the CinDay Guild website soon.
In July, Tom continues this theme by talking about "Performance Criticism".

Workshop at Earlham College, September 17, 19, 20
Tom Boomershine is negotiating to do a storytelling lecture and workshop at Earlham College in Indiana.
There is a possibility that this will also include storytelling on Friday night (9/19) in a coffee house setting, where we will offer Stories of Peace and Reconciliation.

Hoosier Storytelling Festival - Saturday, October 11, Indianapolis, IN
NOBS has a tent and CinDay will have 2 20-minute slots to fill.
The theme is "You Never Heard It Like This Before".
We're looking for tellers (single, tandem, groups) to do 4-8 minutes each.
